Refund policy

14-day withdrawal window

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period has expired by logging into your account at https://shopify.com/107597889870/account and requesting a return through your order.

Returning your items

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us.

Refunds

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item(s). Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will refund the standard delivery cost of your original order — if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the standard cost.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s) to us unless otherwise stated.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content where download or streaming has begun with your consent.
